Estherville Middle School 6th Grade Honors
ESTHERVILLE — Citizens of the year award winners for sixth grade students were revealed recently at an awards ceremony held at the Estherville Middle School.
Elected citizen of the year in the class of Mrs. Berryhill was David Uhl. He also received awards in honor roll, spelling, student' council, and music. Lisa McCloud was given the citizen of the year award in the home room of Mrs. Davis. Other awards she won included honor roll, spelling, student council, music, and physical fitness.
Denise Wunn was awarded citizen of the year honors in the home room of Mr. Gonitzke. She also won honor roll and music awards.
MERRIEL DREVS was named citizen of the year in the home room of Mrs. Gray. She also was awarded physical fitness and perfect attendance certificates.
Kristi Kollasch was awarded the citizen of the year honor in the home room of Mrs. Lowe. She also received honor roll and music awards.
Mike Brainerd was awarded the citizen or the year award in the home room of Mr. Rainey. He also received a physical fitness award.
Kari Sawyer was the winner in the home room of Mrs. Stephenson. Besides winning citizen of the year honors, she was named to the honor roll, and received spelling and music awards.
Ginger Hardman was named citizen of the year in the room of Mrs. Sykes. She received awards in spelling and for the honor roll.
