Junior High Schoolers At Marshallton Earn Fourth Period Listings
MARSHALLTON, March 17. --- When the fourth marking period closed last week at Marshaliton Consolidated School, 37 junior high school students were listed on the scholastic honor roll - 23 on the first honor roll and 14 on the second, according to Harry A. Menser, supervising principal.
The honor students are:
Mrs. Ruth L Crawford's ninth grade girls, first honor roll: Betty Boulden, Barbara Bunnell, Nancy Derr, Barbara Dickinson, Elda Forager, Doris McDonald, Cynthia Pease, Elinor Smith; second honor roll: Rebecca Morgan, Marie Parker, Janet Poole, Jeanette Speakman.
George Haney's ninth grade boys, first honor roll: Robert Samworth, Allen Stoops, Fred Burns, Donald Forbes; second honor roll: Donald Groh, Kenneth Jester, Darrell Welch.
Mr. Dunlap's eighth grade, first honor roll: Joyce Ainsworth, Charles Ford; second honor roll, Rosalie Ford.
Miss Mabel A. Steinbakers eighth grade, first honor roll: Donald Lynam. Charles Weymouth, Mildred Cathcart, Joan Bennett; second honor roll, Mary Ann Conner.
