Pahrump Valley High School Renaissance Program

The Renaissance Program is a reward program for students who achieve a 3.0 or above grade point average. Students with a 3.7 or higher grade point average receive the highest honor, the Platinum Card; students with a 3.4 to 3.69 grade point average receive the Gold Card; and students with a 3.0 to 3.39 grade point average receive the Maroon Card. Students are not allowed to have any behavioral or attendance referrals.

Depending on the type of card the student has earned, they receive a variety of rewards. Examples of rewards given range from a coupon for money off a purchase to free items such as pop, ice cream, etc., to free entry to an event, free field trips, etc.
